New Choices are looking to appoint the following key post within their day opportunities provision for adults with a learning disability.

37.5 (full time) Hub Team Leader Post 

Are you someone with commitment, drive and an enthusiasm to improving the lives of people with a learning disability? Do you have the leadership skills to work with, supervise and motivate teams to provide a high level of care and support?

Are you looking for work that provides you with a high level of job satisfaction, knowing you can make a real difference to people’s lives for the better?

If so, then this post could be for you. 

Supporting people within day opportunities, you need to be open to flexible working which may involve some occasional evenings and weekend work. 

As a Hub Team Leader, you will be working within the Bradford & Keighley covering various services within the organisation.
