Job Introduction

We’re excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a People Services Administrator to join our team.  The Bridge Project is a well-established, vibrant Charity based in Bradford with a dedicated staff team of 110, providing services to a broad range of people experiencing the effects of deprivation and health inequalities.

This role is to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative support within People Services. You will be an integral part of the team and will play an important role.  You’ll be great in this post if you are highly motivated, organised, able to multi-task, enthusiastic and have a keen eye for detail.  You will have substantial administrative support experience and in an HR setting.

This is a varied and busy role, working within a small friendly and supportive team.  It is essential that you have strong communication skills and are a collaborative team player, with the ability to interact effectively with others to build positive relationships. You will be involved in all aspects of recruitment and selection, onboarding of new staff and processes/procedures involved in our staffs’ career journey with us.  You will have an opportunity to work creatively producing the People Services newsletter and supporting the HR Planner and Learning Platform functions.

We are looking for someone who has good organisational skills, has a can-do attitude and who is willing to learn.  You will show tact, diplomacy and discretion and be able to demonstrate initiative.

If you are passionate about what we do and would thrive working as part of our staff team, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a full-time permanent position.  The role is not a hybrid role.  The successful candidate will be expected to work from our Salem Street office from 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday.

In return, as well as a rewarding career, we can offer a competitive salary, 4% pension contribution, generous annual leave entitlement, an L&D programme, employee assistance scheme, life insurance, a monthly team wellbeing session and a programme of mindfulness activities for staff.  The Bridge Project is a Mindful Employer.
